Winemaking
Both parcels were crushed in their respective regions before the sauvignon blanc was brought to the Hunter Valley where both wines were fermented separately. Following a cool fermentation in stainless steel vessels using aromatic yeasts to maximise the grape’s fragrant qualities, the wine was quickly filtered and blended to retain all the fresh sherbet fruit flavours. Alc 10.3%
Colour The colour is pale green with a lime green hue.
Aroma and palate Semillon citrus fruit characters and lifted herbaceous sauvignon blanc overtones combine perfectly to produce this zesty wine style with a fresh and lively finish.
Food Match Serve chilled. An ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of cuisines such as seafood, vegetarian, chicken and creamy pasta sauce dishes.
