On the Grapevine Shiraz

Vintage: Current Vintage (Enquiries Welcome)

Grape Varieties: 100% Shiraz organically certified Wines made from Shiraz (also known as Syrah) are often powerfully flavoured and full‐bodied. The variety produces wines with a wide range of flavour notes, depending on the climate and soils where it is grown, as well as other viticultural practices chosen. All grapes in this wine are organically grown and certified.

Stelvin Screwcap Seal: Since the end of last century corks have been replaced by screwcap technology in the most advanced wineries in Australia, NZ and throughout the world. This is to remove the unreliability and taints caused by cork, and to ensure short and long term preservation of the wine quality for the benefit of all consumers.

Region: Orange Wine Region The volcanic red soils of our high altitude cool climate vineyards are ideal for growing complex Shiraz with full fruit flavour .

Vintage Conditions: The grapes were picked at the ideal ripeness to capture the strong fruit flavours without overpowering tannins or spice while retaining elegance and complexity.
