Marlborough is New Zealand’s most productive winegrowing area, located at the top of the South Island. The region is renowned far and wide for producing the world’s most mouth watering, flavoursome and zesty Sauvignon Blanc wines. It is the recognizable, pungent fruit characters which make Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc a distinctive genre of wine that's identifed internationally. Ta_Ku retain access to some of Marlborough's most bountiful vineyards. Fruit is crushed, the must inoculated to choice yeasts and treated to a temperature controlled tank vinification. A philosophy of minimal handling allows the wine to preserve the invigorating expressions of essential Marlborough fruit. Approx 12.5%
