Colour Pale straw in colour.

Aroma Nose consists of pears and citrus blossom.

Palate The palate is showing great texture and is richly flavoured with fresh pear and lemon zest, natural acidity gives balance and crisp lingering finish.

Cellaring: Drink now or cellar carefully and enjoy over the next 5 years.

Winemaking:
The Pinot Gris was hand picked and whole bunched pressed, after 12 hours settling, 50% of the juice was transferred to one, two and three year old French oak to undergo indigenous yeast fermentation with the balance remaining in stainless steel tank to complete fermentation. Both the tank and barrel received regular lees stirring for six months prior to blending and bottling.
