This is deliberate Rosé, no juice run off here! 100% Pinot Noir grapes form our own estate were carefully harvested then allowed 6 hours of skin contact in the press. This process has resulted in a wine that is naturally salmon pink in colour. A savoury style, the bouquet is full of strawberries, raspberries, subtle rose petal and mint notes. The palate is finely textured with fresh acidity and a dry finish. utterly delicious and drinkable
