This classic Margaret River wine flaunts an opaque dark red colour with a bright red hue. This wine exhibits red and black berry aromas on the bouquet, with hints of regional mint and dusty oak. The medium-bodied palate of this stylish Cab Sauv is brimming with flavours of back-forest fruits, olives and violets. The ripe tannins offer a persistent and gravelly finish to this elegant red wine. This softer Cab Sauv is ideally suited to savoury hard cheeses, or slow-cooked Osso Buco.
