Created by the fusion of 30% Sauvignon Blanc with 70% Semillon grapes, Mammoth Semillon Sauv Blanc shows a pale green colour accompanied by a yellow rim. The fragrant nose offers intense aromas of lemongrass, passionfruit and citrus. The clean palate is rife with passionfruit, gooseberry and herbal flavours, supported by refreshing acidity. These flavours and fragrances fuse together to offer a creamy mouthfeel, culminating the wine in an intense and lengthy finale. This alluring white blend has been crafted to be cellared for 1 to 2 years from vintage. It tastes amazing with poached chicken, prawn ravioli and posh fish pie.
