OVERVIEW

Floral notes of nashi pears and a touch of sweet spice. This is a medium bodied fruit-driven style. Depths of passionfruit, citrus blossom and musk layer around natural cool climate acidity. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and clarified before early bottling to capture the fresh fruit characters.

This fruit has been sourced from the high altitude, cool climate region of Orange. The wine is fine and elegant with typical Pinot Gris characters of pear, passionfruit and citrus. Perfect with seafood, fish, light entrees or as an aperitif.
