Nose Violet and florals emanate from this fragrant wine, with ripe blackberry and plum.

Palate A dark plummy palate with generous mouth coating tannis. The finish is fine and long.

Cellaring Drink now or cellar for up to 3 years.

Winemaker’s Comments The Karri Oak Cabernet Merlot is juicy and fleshy, enjoy with any red meat dish.
Serve Room temperature at 17oC.

Food Serve with barbequed scotch fillet.
