This Shiraz was made from 100% Shiraz grown at Marananga & Greenock, both areas renowned for producing quality Shiraz grapes. This flavoursome wine has intense colour, showing loads of syrupy blackberry & spice on the nose. The palate is full-bodied, with toasty oak & sweet fruit in good harmony. Twelve months maturation in American oak barriques has added a subtle depth to the varietal characters. Already drinking beautifully, this wine will reward with further cellaring & is ideally suited to roast lamb, rare rump steak.
