This perfectly dry Rosé is uniquely made from the Germanic red grape, Trollinger, and other selected Adelaide Hills red varieties. The juice from these grapes was fermented dry and crisp in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a beautiful watermelon juice colour and is fresh, light and dry on the palate with loads of cherries, quince and strawberry flavours. It has excellent structure which allows the wine to be the perfect match with all seafood and South East Asian cuisine - and is fearless when matched with any chilli-based cuisine.
