The colour is a pale straw with youthful green hues. The aroma is fresh and vibrant displaying citrus, light nectarine and some melon with subtle toasted oak. The palate shows fresh clean fruits with a creaminess courtesy of the small proportion of French oak fermented Chardonnay in the blend. Overall the wine has plenty of diverse flavour with well-balanced acid, smooth mouthfeel and oak complexity which will complement many food styles.
