Made by the Freycinet Vineyard team, Radenti is one of Tasmania's most complex and interesting sparkling wines. A multi vintage blend of 2012, 2013 and 2014, comprising 70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir. Pale honey coloured with golden glints. Aromas of nougat, praline, buttery pastry, cloves, sweet citrus curd. Really fine and lively bead. So rich in the mouth, almost chewy/chalky texture and layers and layers of flavour.
