Colour A pale straw in colour

Aroma lifted notes of citrus and orange blossom on the nose. 

Palate Delicate flavours of citrus and white peach carry from the nose to the palate.  Fantastic persistence of flavours carry along the finely structured palate delivering a wine with great length.

Winemaking Harvested in the cool of the night to prevent oxidation, our grapes came off old Hunter Valley vineyards.  Delicately handled from the crush to cold settling this parcel was fermented with neutral yeast to allow true fruit expression. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain the abundant but delicate aromatics.
