Aroma: Lifted notes of melon, apricots and struck match from French oak dominate the nose.

Palate: A luscious and full flavoured wine. The lifted notes of melon, apricots and struck match from the nose carries through to the palate. The nine months on lees gives the wine a polished and delicate structure.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Winemaking
Nine months on lees in French oak provides great structure with fine delicate citrus flavours. A small portion of unwooded material was blended back before bottling to give the wine a clean fresh finish.
