This Shiraz has been produced using selected fruit parcels from Chinaman’s Bend, Calbinabbin and Corop areas in Northern Heathcote. The palate exudes dark fruit and plum flavours enhanced by notes of liquorice, spice and dried herbs. Serve with a chargrilled dry aged steak.
