Colour: Light golden rose hues.

Nose: Floral aromas of white peach and honeysuckle with subtle pear.

Palate: A luscious, mouth-filling palate with lychee, nectarine flavours, a slight honeyed characteristics. A great acid balance to round the palate out and create a lengthy finish.

With grapes sourced from the Pear Tree Vineyard in the Waihopai Valley subregion of Marlborough, this wine was treated as separate batches through the winemaking to ensure the individual flavour components were retained to create a wine with rich, luscious flavours and a lingering finish. The “Pear Tree” Range is the epitome of wines made from our estate vineyards. Individual parcels of fruit are hand selected and tasted in the vineyard to show the absolute character of Marlborough. Our goal is to show the terroir of the vineyard and surroundings are simply translated into a bottle.
