THE CLASSIC RANGE Of the many hundreds of wine grape varieties, the wine world recognises nine as being “classics”. !ese classic varieties have been cultivated for hundreds of years and their unique qualities are recognisable wherever they are grown in the world. Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc are two of these classics.
Single vineyard source of Semillon complemented with a twitch of early picked Sauvignon Blanc. Free run portions are fermented cool with champagne yeast over 3 weeks until dry.
CELLARING RECOMMENDATIONS Does not require extended cellaring. Will develop fuller Semillon complexity with age.
