Pinot Noir is a challenging variety to grow as it requires a carefully selected site, such as the cool climate of the Yarra Valley to grow successfully. It also needs careful attention in the vineyard, with yields kept low and gentle care in the winery to really shine. Our Pinot Noir vineyard was planted in 2003 and is beginning to mature and consistently produce outstanding fruit. This wine is made from a combination of Pinot Noir clones MV6, 114 and 115.
