This Chardonnay is an outstanding expression of the Moorabool Valley’s cool climate terroir. Hand-harvested fruit, matured in French Oak, has produced a wine of elegance and balance with a lingering, juicy finish. It has lifted aromas of sweet peach and nectarine on top of spicy but subtle oak. The rich, creamy palate is balanced by a zesty, yet soft, acidity.
