There is a faint blush pink hue to this wine (a tell-tale varietal trait). While Pinot Gris is a less common variety in the Clare Valley, it is well suited to the moderate ripening conditions that produce our elegant Rieslings. The nose shows light floral notes of delicate rose petals / jasmine and lemon zest that continue on the palate.
