Winemaking Blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). 

Bouquet A beautiful mix of fresh bread, apples and summer berries, reminiscent of lazy summer picnics.

Palate Persistent streams of fine bubbles twist their way to the top of the glass when the wine is poured.  The initial mouth feel of the wine has a distinctive fluffy texture; balanced by the palate which is refreshing and long with a crisp finish.
