Region Made from 100% Adelaide Hills grown Pinot Noir
Harvested during the cool of night to maintain quality. Each parcel of grapes is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fresh lively characteristics true to Pinot Noir. The final blend is put through secondary fermentation and finished with the tiny addition of a special liqueur.
Cellar To be enjoyed chilled and whilst young. It is the perfect pre dinner or celebratory drink.
