Aroma lifted fruit aromas of fresh pears, spice and a hint of floral musk.
Palate The rich and creamy palate is vibrant and clean with soft white peach, lychee and citrus fruits. The extended lees contact this wine has received has added real complexity to the mid-palate and given the wine an extra dimension along with a long lingering finish.

The Fruit The fruit was sourced from vineyards in both the Barossa and Eden Valleys along with a small parcel from Adelaide Hills, providing a diverse spectrum of flavours and aromas to create a rich and complex wine.
Winemaking About half of the fruit was whole bunch pressed while the balance of fruit was de-stemmed and placed directly into the press to minimise skin contact. The juice had minimal handling and a cold fermentation to maximise the natural aromatics and flavours of the wine. After fermentation the wines remained on yeast lees for several weeks to build mouthfeel. Finally prior to bottling the wine was gently racked and blended, capturing flavour freshness and richness.
